Version 20.4

So I decided to play Penelope again to see how the game held up. In doing so I came across a fatal error that would happen when you used the dream viewer while Emily was wearing the spider fanny pack.

Another bug was that the lioness cape also wasn't displaying properly in the dream viewer.

Finally, I decided to include a hint for puzzle 38. The hint was there way earlier in the game, but no one is going to be thinking about it. It feels a lot more fair this way.
